Southeast Asia Major (SEAM) 2017
The largest fighting game tournament in our part of the world, SEAM will be heading back to GameStart 2017 this October! With four major honours to compete for, there is plenty of glory to be grabbed by the victors, so check out what’s on the line and start training!
The Capcom Pro Tour 2017 Asia Regional Finals are upon us, join the open Last Chance Qualifier and secure your spot to compete against seven finalists from regional qualifiers. Winners will secure a qualification spot and a trip to compete in the Capcom Cup 2017 in the United States at the end of the year!
Southeast Asia Mobile Major (SEAMM) 2017
The big stage for best mobile game players in the region, SEAMM is the definitive mobile esports tournament this October for the cream of the crop of mobile game players to strut their stuff and announce their arrival on a global scale!
From developers Cygames, the extremely popular Shadowverse will come to GameStart 2017 for the first official tournamnet in Southeast Asia – the Shadowverse SEA Open! Participants will compete for a piece of the USD 5,000 prize pool, and the winner will get a free trip to watch the RAGE Shadowverse World Grand Prix in Japan on 23 & 24 December!
It does not matter if you are a Solo, Duo, or Squad player, spots are available for all to take part in the tournament. Even more important, attractive prizes will be up for grabs from our wonderful sponsors, including NVIDIA, SecretLab, and HyperX!

Our annual GameStart FIFA 18 Tournament returns on October 14-15! Pit your skills against players from Singapore and Asia, to win $1,000 and a brand new PS4 console, or grab a couple of friends and have fun in the 3v3 tournament.

In partnership with Garena and Legion by Lenovo, GameStart 2017 will be hosting the Legion Singapore League on the main stage on October 14, where top-tier skills will be on display for all to witness and admire! But of course, the road to the finals is not easy, and with it being an open tournament, we can expect competitors from all skill levels to compete for cash prizes up to SG$2,000.
Do not fret even if you missed out on the Legion Singapore League, there is still the Legion Singapore Rookie Cup to look forward to! Open to all Summoners in Singapore, the tournament aims to let new players try their hand at competitive play and to learn from each other on the journey to become the best.

GameStart 2017 is a place where people with a love for gaming can come to enjoy themselves in a safe and friendly environment, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion. Our Code of Conduct are guidelines which we hope all exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and staff will adhere to and assist to enforce to make GameStart 2017 an enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Be polite, respectful and considerate of others at all times.
- Give way to those with disabilities and the elderly.
- Treat cosplayers and other visitors with respect – ask for permission before taking pictures.
- Alert security or the organizer if you see anyone suspicious or disruptive toward other attendees.

PLEASE DO NOT
- Behave in a way that is offensive or disruptive to other visitors and exhibitors.
- Harass or exhibit inappropriate behaviour toward cosplayers, guests and other attendees.
- Inappropriate behaviour includes: offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
We take a very strong stand against negative behaviour, and failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in expulsion from GameStart 2017 with no warning and refund.
If you witness or experience any negative behaviour, please inform our staff immediately. All reports will be confidential.
